Replaceable Shin Plate

The anatomically shaped thermoplastic front shin plate, adorned with inventive graphic designs, can be easily replaced.

Micro Adjustable & Replaceable Buckle System

The Crossfire 3 TA employs four micro-adjustable buckle closures, each with memory-regulation straps that feature indents. These buckles, along with the straps and retaining clips, can be readily replaced. The buckles utilize a single fixing point (via a screw), facilitating easy closure and adaptability to the rider's position. It's worth noting that all four buckles operate independently, enabling the boot to conform to a variety of foot and lower leg shapes, ensuring maximum comfort for every rider.

Hyper Extension Block

The Crossfire 3 TA features two articulated joints, with the first one situated at the ankle, known as the "HYPER EXTENSION BLOCK," incorporating groundbreaking technology. This innovative component effectively safeguards against hyperextension of the ankle, instep, and posterior tendon during forward or backward leg flexion, ensuring the rider's safety.

Flex System

The upper pivot on the bootleg enhances boot flexibility and allows for precise adjustment of the bootleg. This enables the rider to tailor the calf strap to their personal preference, resulting in an improved fit.

Adjustable Calf System

The boot leg includes a replaceable inner calf plate made of PU, along with a printed rubber insert, designed to shield the leg from exhaust heat and wear. The calf plate offers a dual inner adjustment feature, allowing for the expansion of the boot's circumference to accommodate wider calves and shin guards. This enhanced adjustment capability contributes to improved performance.

Protection

A. The anatomically shaped heel, crafted from PU, prioritizes foot safety, especially in the event of twisting. This innovative heel design ensures both comfort and stability.

B. The boot is furnished with a metatarsus protection panel, complemented by a durable, replaceable nylon insert that shields the boot's interior should the rider's foot accidentally slip off the foot peg or kick-starter. This insert can be conveniently replaced by unscrewing the four screws.

C. The toe area is fully encased in plastic protection panels featuring an embossed geometric pattern for enhanced grip.

D. A protective spoiler has been integrated to safeguard against and deflect stones and other debris from reaching the first buckle.

Assembled & Replaceable Boot Leg (Stitch-free)

The upper part of the boot leg is completely constructed with screws, eliminating the need for stitching and making it entirely replaceable!
