The Tecno-3 Iron mechanism securely fastens the boot and fine-tunes the calf circumference using a robust steel wire. This wire passes through the upper part of the boot and is affixed to the internal cable holder. It's worth noting that the Tecno-3 Iron, the upper, and the cable holder can all be easily replaced.

Two nylon braces connect the ankle joint with two concealed screws, which are covered by a nylon cap. This system provides robust ankle support, reinforced with fiberglass, and is designed for easy replacement. It allows for excellent front-to-back flex movement while maintaining lateral stability. Additionally, an aerodynamically shaped button operates an air intake located on the lower outer part of the boot.

Sidi has incorporated a small elastic panel to facilitate a seamless zipper operation by allowing some flexibility through the elastic as the zipper glides over the rider's ankle joint.

A polyurethane shell houses a shock-absorbing insert, visible from the outside through discreet slits that define the heel's appearance. The shell is mobile, secured to the boot by two screws that permit 3 mm of impact movement.

Additionally, the slider is interchangeable and comes in options of full nylon, ceramic, or aluminum inserts.
